Im new to theese forums and kindof new to number theory because im only a junior in highschool. so is there any recomended reading or websites that will help me get on my way

Welcome, do you have anything in mind that you're interested in learning? The most introductory text I know of that's available online in Moser's, http://www.trillia.com/moser-number.html

I'm not sure if you'll find it too advanced, but it's free so it's hard to go wrong. MathWorld and Wikipediea are great places to look up definitions. You might want to check your local library for some more introductory number theory books.

I used Elementary Number Theory by David Burton and found it quite good as a starting text.
