Hello!
I have a question.
I have to develop an assay to screen 30,000 novel molecules for the ability to trigger the activation of Forkhead box (foxo) proteins.
But how does one go about determining the type of cells to use for the HCS assay? Do all cells contain foxo in their cytoplasm or only specific cells?
Thanks
