I've recently been visiting from my iPad and am encountering an intermittent issue. In some threads, the screen is truncated before the quick reply box. I can still get to the button to go to the advanced reply page and post replies, so it isn't a major problem completely stopping me from replying, but I thought I'd mention it in case it's fixable. I know I run into display issues on various sites with the safari browser on the iPad, so am just accepting it isn't compatible everywhere, but this is intermittent, not consistent, so that's why I'm mentioning it. Maybe it isn't just the iPad being goofy (I haven't tried from any other desktop or laptop yet).
