Space, Time and Quanta Part III by Robert Mills

I have finished an introductory book Space, Time and Quanta by Robert L. Mills but the book contains only Part I and Part II. Part III was excluded but was supposed to be available separately. It is titled "Particles and Fields". I am having difficulty sourcing it. I will appreciate information on where it can be found. Thank you.
