i work at a youth centre...we have six shifts we need to schedule. we have five staff...on fri and sat nights, we need three staff on...
we are looking for a way of being fair about the weekend shifts. we need a pattern to rotate the shifts fairly between the five people. the regular shift is from mon to thurs, while the weekend shift would be thru to sat... how can we go about making it so that everyone works the weekend as much as everyone else?
and if that is not enough how can we go about doing so that not everyone does not always work together?
i will appreciate any and all help....
