Hi guys,
I'm going to ask - it's a long shot - if anyone can give me the algorithms to calculate the local circumstances of a solar eclipse given it's besselian elements. In text, in Basic, in C, anything...I'll manage myself. I can't buy, at the time, the Meeus book that contains the elements and the formulas - I'm broke...
