Anybody here an expert on tax laws? I have found a company in the
usa that offers cigarettes at very reduced rates, as compared to uk
prices, the problem is uk customs seem to say that tax has to be paid
by the recipient, but the company refutes this as long as the total
amount purchased is no more than 800 per order, i know its a bad
habit, but it would be nice if it were a cheaper bad habit.
