1D: by Hans Bethe.
2D: by someone generalizing Hans Bethe's method.
3D: No yet solved exactly, except special XXZ type models, or models with special symmetries??? And nobody has shown that it is impossible to be solved exactly.
Ising Model:
1D: by Ising
2D: by Onsager
3D: impossibility to solve is proven by someone?
