What is the smallest know measurements for a universe and what amount of energy would it contain and what is the size of an atom and wat amount of energy dose it contain

well, the plankt length is pretty dam small, although strings are theorized to be smaller, much smaller.

Actually in string theory, strings are said to be on the order of the planck length. Any thing smaller is said to be too chaotic and uncertain to have any sustained existence.

The Planck length is 1.6161 X 10^-33 cm (using h_bar instead of raw h). This is, as was stated above, the distance at which gravity becomes mixed with wave nature of matter and you couldn't have a smaller universe than that.
