suggestion for the journals

To the administrators,

I just wondered why we cannot implement Latex into the journals ? Same goes for pictures or any kind of illustrations. To my knowledge i cannot implement those. Am i wrong here and is there a way out or maybe can i suggest to implement those options for people that often posts texts in their journals ?
