Transformation between outer 4-sphere and inner 4-spheres

Consider a 4-sphere containing lesser, equivalent 4-spheres. Is there a standard transformation relating such inner and outer manifolds?

I am reminded of the conformal transformation in two dimensions. My intention here is to relate Planck horizons and the universal horizon.
