Here are mine in no particular order:
1) Enough money to pay for my phd without having to borrow.
2) Good health until it's time to croak.
3) Health and happiness for my family.
1) A replicator (a la Star Trek), that should take care of all material possesions such as food, gold, medicine, etc.
2) My dream woman to share all my new posessions with.
3) I'll save this one for later.
1) New guitars for every day of teh week
2) magic powers
3) beer

The ability to exist outside the universe but still interact with it.
An unlimited capacity to grant my own wishes.

1 Immortality, you may think that it would get lonely but the quest for knowldge must forge on, like spelling, i should learn that

Ignoring asking for all wishes wish:
1. Infinite reasoning ability. i.e. ability to instantaneously deduce everything possible from given axioms.
2. Eternal youth.
And now for the first humanitarian wish!
3. End of impoverishment in the 3rd world.

I'll take number 1 also. Nicely worded. The trick with wishes is that the wording has to be just right. I was going to say 'infinite knowledge' but of course that would mean that you would know everyones thoughts and other stuff you wouldn't want to know.
2. An infinite knowledge of universal physical laws

The word impoverishment itself covers a hell of a lot

I suppose, perfect for me, would be the way. That is attainable I believe, at least a much better possibility than my first wish.

1. To already have every single knowledge needed imprinted in my head(eg. i will immediately understand and be able to manupilate calculas, logarithims, etc, i know all there is to know and understand about physics, biology, chemistry, etc, the moment my wish is granted.)
I'd be able to do away with years of studying and get any job i wanted if this happened.
2. To have an unlimited(or at least near unlimited) source of funding which i can access and deduct from with impunity.
3. To be healthy for the rest of my life.

Take out a $5 million life insurance policy on yourself. Stage your own death. You'll die young while still in good health. Your family will have enough money to pay off your student loans, and buy themselves both health and happiness.
