Do the electrons spin around the nuclues?
If so, do we know the value?

If you use quantum mechanics, then there is no trajectory, but only the probability of find the electron at a given point (in other word it can jump randomly from a measurement to the other)...
 
"Spin" is not a fortunate term.They mode chaotically and the best we can do about their movement is statistics...
