I've been assigned a design project which involves using the Polynomial Equations Approach to controller design.
I understand how to use the actual matrices involved in the approach, and I have the transfer function for the plant which is to be controlled, the sampling time, and the maximum percent overshoot allowed...
I'm having trouble however, determining what the desired closed poles should be.
Any suggestions?
