Hi Folks:

A measured response from Dr. Dwyer concerning Clint Seward's assertions http://www.electronpowersystems.com/ , I can't wait to see Clint's paper.

In his post he included a full updated history of EPS . The DOD and NASA reviews, Send a note and I'll post it to you. Pdf (752 kb)

Dear Erich,
Gamma-rays have indeed been seen from orbit, earlier by CGRO/BATSE and recently by RHESSI (see Smith et al., Science, Feb 18, 2005).
Runaway breakdown may be involved in some way in sprites and blue jets, but the link is not very solid.
Regarding ball lightning, we don't even understand how lightning makes the x-rays and even less is known about ball lightning so it is probably too early to come to any conclusions.
Best Regards,
Joe

Dear Dr. Dwyer:

It's so wonderful your work made Sci American.

I have two questions ........ why haven't the gamma-rays been measured from orbit?

And, Do these energy levels help explain the genesis of the "blue sprites" observed from the space shuttle over thunder storms?

Also, do you concur that your observations support Clint Seward's work as he obviously does? (see Fwd posts)

Hi Erich,

I thought I did respond to your email about the 10 million volt Gamma-ray burst in lightning, but if not, I apologize. Dr. Dwyer’s findings do fit our physics and theory of lightning. It is an indirect verification of our ball lightning theory. I can explain precisely what is happening, and I intend to write a paper to do just that.

Also, I have attached a PDF copy of the monograph I have written explaining how I came to look for the solution to ball lightning, how I found out how to make ball lightning in my lab, and how it will lead to unlimited clean energy. Let me know what you think.

Clint

Dear Clint:

In the may issue of SCI American Dr. Dwyer has a lighting article about his Gamma and X-ray discoveries. I sent you an e-mail months ago when I first read about this work and asked you what implications this had, if any, for your theories about ball lighting.

The 10 million electron volt Gamma-ray burst in the lighting initiated in thunderclouds was startling.

Also, please send that monograph that your were writing to explain your technology to the masses.

Cheers,

Erich
