I really enjoyed reading Hyperspace a couple of years back. It was my first introduction to the ideas of string theory, among other things. Great work.

Yes it is a great book. I never finished it, I never finish anything right now I'm "finishing" these books:

hyperspace, visions, reletivity, and more

Do you read a bunch of books at once, like I do? I will get maybe three books, and start them all at the same time, because I'm excited about what I'll learn. The next thing I know, I have a dozen books, all half-way read, that I have to mull through, when I find two new books I just "gotta have!"

That's what happens when you dream faster than you read, I suppose.

I used to do that. I would read part of a book like The Elegant Universe then gravitate towards something else of the same genre or an entirely new genre. Though, I find that reading one at a time helps to keep my thoughts on track...

Concerning Hyperspace, I loved the book as well! I read it some time after reading The Elegant Universe and found it to be a remarkable introduction to the frontiers of today's theoretical physics. Michio Kaku is a very good author that knows how to give great descriptions of concepts that are usually to complicated too understand.

I read Hyperspace , thought it was fantastic.. So I read it a second time..
What originally inspired me to read it was listening to MK share his thoughts on the PBS video Stephen Hawking's Universe
