I read an article about Shannon Formula in the website "The video bandwidth is 5 MHz; let us assume the S/N at the edge of the coverage area is 20 dB, which gives a
net bitrate (using Shannon’s formula) of approximately 33 Mbit/s." The question is if 33Mbit/s o.k. or not?
My calculation is the following:
C=Blog(1+s/n) B=5 Mz S/N=20 ....C= 21.96 Mbit/s
=5*log21=5*4.39=21.96
Question: 33 is different of 21.39....Why?
