H.D. Zeh, _The Physical Basis of the Direction of Time_.
It's an excellent book. It might have a few too many
equations, but you can get a lot out of it if you skip
over them.

There's "Time's Arrow & Archimedes' Point" by Huw Price, which covers
much of what you want. Sometimes the arguments aren't that easy to
follow (as with most philosophy of physics books), but it's well worth
reading.
