SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the concept of information destruction in the context of black holes, as presented by H. D. Zeh in his paper for Physics Letters A. Zeh argues that while spacetime singularities do not affect the irreversible formation of black holes, confirming the unitary dynamics of black holes necessitates creating a coherent superposition of numerous "Everett worlds." The key assertion is that information can indeed be destroyed when it transforms into another form of energy, leading to its non-existence.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of black hole physics and singularities
  • Familiarity with quantum mechanics and the concept of unitary dynamics
  • Knowledge of the Everett interpretation of quantum mechanics
  • Basic grasp of energy transformation principles
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the implications of black hole information paradox
  • Study the Everett interpretation and its relevance to quantum mechanics
  • Explore the concept of unitary dynamics in quantum systems
  • Investigate the relationship between energy transformation and information theory
USEFUL FOR

This discussion is beneficial for physicists, quantum mechanics researchers, and anyone interested in the theoretical implications of black holes and information theory.

The existence of spacetime singularities is irrelevant for the irreversible appearance of black holes. However, confirmation of the latter's unitary dynamics would require the preparation of a coherent superposition of a tremendous number of appropriate ``Everett worlds''.

The main question is can information be destroyed?
My answer is yes,no form of energy lasts forever,if information transforms into another form of energy, than it's all over-information is destroyed and that same information doesn't exist anymore.
