Im really stumped, i cant seem to figure out a diffrent arrangement of elements other then the modern perodic table. I have a project due two days from now, and i have no clue. My teacher said to relate it to the valence electron number, or similar chemical properties. If any one could post a helpfull link or give me some detailed ideas. i would really appreciate it, Thank you in advance
