Dear Sir,
Now I am studying about NiP2 crystal structure especially electron
density distribution. One thing I would like to know is that I couldn't
find the bonding scheme/structure for that crystal. So could you
instruct me for it? Thanks in advance.
With best wishes,
ZAW

Acta Cryst. 16 1253 (1963)
NiP2 is isostructural with PdP2
Inorganic Chemistry 17(2) pp. 283 (1978)
Given the crystal structure, draw the bonds.

Hi Zaw,
I know that Journal of Molecular Structure (Theochem) regularly
(I think it is once a year, but I am not sure) publishes a volume
with a full list of references to ab initio calculations of molecular and
crystal
electronic structure. I think that's the easiest way to find info on the
chemical bonding in your crystal.
