Can anyone give me a link that shows graphs (that are freely available) that display trends in smothie sales in canada/us? thanx

I doubt there is an accurate and update smoothie sales graph for a whole country. It would be easier to pick a store like jamba juice or orange julius. Contact the store sales dept and they can likely help you out if you ask the right questions.
