Most stores that sell suits will taylor them. Tell the salesperson what you want and they should be able to accommodate you.

You have to give spandex love for it to love you.
 
If you really want tight, spandex is the way to go.

Im not quite sure where you can find a spandex business suit though, you may need to special request it.
 
become a superhero, then it IS your business suit. At least in hero mode. But then you can wear it under your normal suit in case something requires you to do a bit of heroing.
