Tight fits

Hi all

I am looking for suggestions on heating process in tight fits.

Currently, we are putting up the elements (inner race of bearings, gears etc) in convective furnaces & heating up to 200 deg C & soaking for half an hour or so. We are planning to buy induction heaters for a much quicker heating. But portability of the system still remains an issue with both kinds of heaters. I am thinking of something like a coil wrapped around the part with AC.

All awkward suggestions are welcome :P
