If we can find a Semiclassical model expanding the Path integral

HOwever this semiclassical approximation is only valid for [tex] \hbar \rightarrow 0 [/tex]

but could we go 'further' i mean , i am saying if we could obtain approximate results to QM using only semiclassical approximations.
