How do probabilistic algorithms work better than deterministic algorithms, and what kind of tasks perform better with a probabilistic algorithm?
And to what extent is randomness superior to determinism real?

For example, if we are to build a political system using probabilistic algorithms, giving us Demarchy, instead of deterministic algorithms, giving Democracy.
