Ring system around the Earth

Does anyone here know of any formulae that can describe the movements of the Earth's equatorial plane about the (invariant) Earth-Moon system's laplacian plane? I am 99.9% convinced that the Earth cannot maintain a stable ring system, due to the chaotically competing, multi-directional force fields that would act upon ring particles, causing them to scatter over a relatively short period of time. Yet there have been many seemingly absurd suggestions in various articles that appear to suggest to the contrary.

My paper, with its original formulations of a year ago, is here:

Any thoughts appreciated.
