Is it possible to use a black hole as a time portal

I was just reading this about a Kerr black hole, and it suggests an idea of travelling into "negative space" or an alternate universe. Have a read guys.

Is it possible we could end up using a black hole or something similar to go back/ forward in time or even complete massive journeys across galaxies in substantially smaller times?
