any rotating clusters ???

Are there examples of globular clusters (of stars) or clusters/superclusters (of galaxies) that are rotating around their center?

As you know spiral galaxies are all rotating. I've never heard of rotating cluster so I was wondering if those are not observed and if that is the case, why rotation is observed in galaxies but not in clusters?
