Spectral fitting software..

Hello,

I'm looking for a software package(preferable open source/free) which given a set of reference spectra will fit these spectra to the experimental data.

I don't want to simple fit gaussians, or other standard curves. I have reference spectra of know species and would like to be able to provide these, along with the experimental data, to the program and have it determine the composition of the experimental spectra.
