Help with Mathematica?

Hello!

This Mathematica file is making me insane!

Here's what I'm trying to do. I need to plot this data (see attached), but I can't get the x-axis to match the labels.... endpoints should be {1/17178,31.489} and {1/6,0.00590365}, but I'm not getting that at all! I get it when I just analyze the math, but the graph isn't matching.

I attached the mathematica notebook and the run234hdr.txt file, but the run234dat.txt file was too big, so here's a link to a google spreadsheet.

Any help would be awesome. I've been pulling my hair out for a couple days now!
