This is truth, not fiction. I'm contemplating skipping a class so that I can go to the doc for some sleeping pills. I wager that my sleeping habits prevent them from recommending/prescribing them for me, though. It's hard to imagine how I can be restless come bedtime when I rarely have 6 hours or more to sleep; frequently as little as 2 hours. Exercise is the only thing that helps, but it's even more rare that I have time for that.
