Relationship between the total derivative and the integral?

In R we have the fundamental thm of calculus. For higher dimensions, the derivative is a linear transformation behaving like the function at a point and the integral is defined on functions from R^n to R. I don't know if there's such a thing as an indefinite integral in R^n.

Is there a relationship between derivatives and integrals in higher dimensions?
