super lattice
super lattice is a basically comination of quantum wells where the barriers are sufficiently narrow,electrons interactwith eachother.thus energy levels have spread to form band called MINIBAND.whenwe apply electric field,the effect is known as STARK LADDER.can someone plz explainthis effect?
