US Physics Test Eligibility

I'm a high school student,
and recently I came across the US Physics Test (f= ma, semifinal, etc.)

And there isn't much information out on the web as much as about math contests like AMC/AIME, so I coudlnt' really find an answer to my question.

My questions is: Can a non-us citizen living abroad (I go to an International American School) participate in the any one of the US Physics Tests (at least the first round)?

(I didn't know which forum to exactly post this, so I just chose to write in a general forum)
