Shouldn't railgun gave any recoil?

Hello, me again.

As topic says, Does railgun have any recoil?

Since normal gun use explosive of gunpowder to 'push' bullet out, so it's alway have recoil back to the shooter.
But what about Railgun? From what I know railgun us electromagnetic rail to 'pull' bullet out with extremely speed just like train, so 'pull' activities have recoil back to shooter?

'If' they can somehow make railgun as small as nomal assault rifle like Gauss Rifle in crysis game.

Any force acting on the bullet is also acting on the rail so yes they have recoil.

I didn't read it fully, but it seems that the attack point of the recoil is not trivial. It seems the bottom line is this:

The recoil doesn't only act on the rails, but is distributed over the entire circuit. Not mechanically by rigid contact, but by Ampère's force law.
