Problems in GEONETCAST system design

This is my first post.. I dont know if I am supposed to post it here..
I am an engineering student and am currently interning at IIRS(ISRO), Dehradun.

Here we are planning to establish a set up to download data from the EumetSat or the FengYunCast. In order to establish the setup the main requirements are

1. Dish Antenna – We require a C band dish antenna to receive at a frequency range of 4033.25 – 4042.25 Mhz (a download central frequency of 4037.75 Mhz) for FengYunCast. It would approximately require an antenna of 2.4m (44.5db).
For the Eumetcast we would require a C band antenna of approximately 5.37m (32db).

2. LNB – We would require a LNB of input frequency 3.4 to 4.2 Ghz.

3. DVB PCI Card -- A Digital Video Broadcasting card of frequency Range 950 Mhz to 2150 Mhz and input power level of -65 dBm to -25 dBm. The card should have a symbol rate of 2 Mbps to 45 Mbps.

Could anyone tell me the feasibility of the setup; i.e. whether the setup would actually be able to download data from the AsiaSat 4. Further I also seek your knowledge about the dealers and manufacturers who can provide me with these equipments.
