simple machines problems.

i have a question that says ; a wheel barrow is used to lift a 200 ib load the length from the wheel axel to the center of the load is 2ft the length from the wheel and axel to the effort if 5ft. & i solved it by doing ima=de/dr 2ft/ft=0.04=.4:10

but now this question is;using static equilibrium calculations, calculate the effort force needed to overcome the resistance force in the system.

please help.?,
