Material Properties of PICA (Phenolic Impregnated Carbon Ablator)

Doing a research project, need to find the thermal conductivity of PICA for accurate modeling of atmospheric entry. Does anyone know this value? I'm having no luck locating a resource or data sheet.

Also, if anyone can find it, I need the constant or stagnation point heat transfer. I'm pretty sure this is just the thermal conductivity, but the units are in kcal/(m^1.5)*sec
