I want to know raman peak of Irradiated ZnO Nws with proton

I want to know about Raman peaks of ZnO nanowires un-irradiation and irradiation.how much raman active mode ZnO nanowires pleas explain thes modes details.
before irradiation highest peak at 436cm-1 but after proton ion irrdation dose is 1x10[16] ions/cm-2. new peak appair at 312cm-1 after irradiation ZnO intensity of raman peak decreses at 336 ions/cm-1 .pleas tel me about this problem
