Getting a math tutor
How could I go about getting a math tutor? I am currently in highschool and would like to start studying calculus over the next 8 months before I take calculus 1 and then 2 at my local community college. So how can I go about getting a good math tutor that could teach me calculus and give me some guidence at the same time. Oh....and how much to tutors typically charge???

get a bunch of different books and see if you can learn some of the material yourself. otherwise, id try making flyers at your local college. or make a post on craigslist for your area.
