Options after undergrad

For professional development purposes, do some people get a certificate from a junior college after their undergrad degree? My undergrad will be in math. I'm leaning to logistics, but I have no coursework in the field. A program like the following would be extremely affordable in acquiring some official training in the subject.

It's either that or move to another part of the state for a semester and complete the following. It would be nearly three times the cost, among other things.
