1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

predict the reaction:

Ca(NO3)2 (aq) + NaHCO3 (aq) ----->

3. The attempt at a solution

Ca(NO3)2 (aq) + NaHCO3 (aq) -----> Ca(HCO3)2 (s) + NaNO3 (aq)

OR

Ca(NO3)2 (aq) + NaHCO3 (aq) -----> CaCO3 (s) + NaNO3 (aq) + H20 (l)

Will Ca2+ + CO32- combine, and H+ comes off to makeH20? I can't decide which is right. How can I tell if H20 will form or not?
