Looks broken, no idea if it is the intent or not. I guess not.

Hm... I just assumed IE8 was broken, but from other threads you are probably using a different browser.

I think the image file is corrupt. That sort of effect often results from downloading an image file to the server without specifying that it is binary, in which case it is taken as a text file, causing some corruption. For example, a sequence of binary codes which looks like ASCII CR LF in the binary may be converted to LF when the file is stored using FTP on a Unix-type server.

Obviously fixed now.
