How do I put a derivative into an integrand in fortran

I want to make a program to evaluate the expectation energies of they hydrogen atom hamiltonian. This is going to involve evaluating the second derivative of the wave function in the integrand. I'm still a beginner and only know how to numerically calculate derivatives, but am not sure how I would code the integral of

∫f(x)(d^2/dx^2 + V(x))f(x)dx

Any advice for how to do this?
