Electron collision cross sections for Boltzmann transport eqn

I am trying to gain electron and ion transport coefficients for the Boltzmann Transport Equation as functions of E/N (i.e. electron and ion mobility and diffusivity).Following the steps used to create BOLSIG+

I have the results for electrons, my question is, can i use the same collision cross sections for the ions? It is for a quazi-neutral Hydrogen plasma.
