calculating heat generated by ITO film

Hi,
I want to order some ITO film, and am looking for help in choosing the correct specifications for my application.

It is to be used as a heater for a screen, 50 cm by 50 cm,
it needs to heat up to 70 C in about a minute, turn off, and refresh this every 10 minutes.
input voltage, anything up to 24 V

My question can be more specific, ITO films are sold in variations 5 ohm/sq to 100 ohm/sq.

How can i calculate generated heat depending on the resistivity of the film?

Thank you.
