Heatsink thermal resistance calculation

If I have a heatsink which I know the natural convection thermal resistance (TR), is there a way to calculate or estimate the TR of the same heatsink with forced convection?

I am trying to find a heatsink with a certain TR, but data sheets seem to all give natural convection TR information and I am trying to figure out what would happen to the TR if I add fans.
