Converting global coordinate data to local coordinate in MATLAB

Dear all
I am a new matlab user and I would appreciate it if anyone could help me on this problem. I have many global coordiante data and I want to convert these data, which is saved in TXT file, to local coordiante. I really stuck in this problem and I don't know how to solve this. Thanks for your help in advance.
