Where can I post my own theoretical papers?

Hello all, I was just wondering if anyone could give me links to any websites that allow any one to post their own papers. My apologies if I seem like a 'newbie', as I have not before posted a paper online.

Any helpful responses are welcomed, thank you

http://vixra.org/ has very few requirements to be able to submit papers. For a longer discussion, http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=557593 might be helpful. Also, see http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=492834.
